The folder of unbound pages includes an 1824 invitation to a formative meeting of an Association for Moralizing Australia, H.M. Dacosta's 1815 description of specimens at Leadhills, an 1815 manifesto for the encouragement of sacred music, E.G. Fischer's Memoir of the Life of Martin Heinrich Klaproth, read before his colleagues in Berlin in 1819, friends' accounts of natural formations known to them, two programmes from the Wernerian Society (one bearing Jameson's own communication on fossilized trees in situ), and a full-page drawing of a geological outcropping on a coast. |
