Scope and Content |
Letter to Frederick Orpen Bower from Sir Edward Albert Sharpey Schafer in which he states that It is no use writing to anyone but members of the council and only to those who are interested in medical sciences and he remarks that it is unfortunate that there is no anatomist on council at present. He states that he will write to some members and suggests Bower should write to some, including Sir John Graham Kerr and John Stanley Gardiner but that he doubts whether any of them will know Bryce's work. A postscript to the letter suggests that Bower wait until the new council is sworn in on 30 November 1916. |
