Two copies of notes for a meeting with full time students in which Hugh Bryan Nisbet welcomes new students and staff to Heriot-Watt College, gives the number of students that started in each year introduces the Board of Studies, gives a brief history of the college, explains which buildings are owned by Heriot-Watt College and what plans there were to expand. He runs through the college regulations and explains the role of the Students Representative Council.
